Instructions
Steam apples with a bit of water in a bowl for 1-2 minutes in the microwave, until softened.
While the apples cook, combine all other ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Mix well.
Cover and microwave the oat mixture for 2 minutes on high, or until oats are softened and mixture is hot.
Stir in the steamed apple pieces and top with more cinnamon (optional). Serve warm.
